Offering easy cleanup, easy maintenance and quality on demand, 3M™ Accuspray™ Atomizing Heads 1.4 mm is designed for fast, efficient application of low-viscosity fluids such as automotive sealer as well as wood, aerospace, marine and general industrial coatings requiring a fine finish. The head is designed to be easily removed and replaced, affording you the performance of a new 1.4 mm spray gun on demand. This 1.4 mm atomizing head is easily identified by its orange marking, helping ensure proper application. The head itself is clear, allowing for quick visual confirmation that the head is clean to help reduce cleanup times.

Previously sold with HG14 spray gun PN16577, the 1.4 mm atomizing head is  sold in kits of four (PN 16612) or individually (PN 16584). Designed for use with our Accuspray™ ONE Spray Gun and suitable for any Accuspray™ spray gun with replaceable atomizing heads, it is an excellent replacement head for our Accuspray™ ONE Spray Gun Kit PN16578. This kit includes five replaceable atomizing heads in 1.2 mm, 1.3 mm, 1.4 mm, 1.8 mm, 2.0 mm sizes, as well as an air flow control valve and gun hanger.

No Need to Spend on Extra Mixing Cups, Filters and Strainers
PPS™ eliminates the inefficient process of mixing paint and other materials separately and transferring them through filters and other equipment where product gets left behind, unused. Instead, paint and other materials are mixed and sprayed out of the same cup with a PPS™ liner, lid and built-in filter. You simply place a disposable liner within a re-usable paint cup. Then mix the paint in the PPS™ liner, snap the disposable lid (with built-in filter) in place and attach the locking collar to complete the PPS™ System. With just a quick quarter-turn, the assembly easily attaches to the spray gun body. Once you’re finished spraying, simply remove the liner from the cup and discard it. It’s that simple.
