Brass wire hand brushes are best suited for use on softer materials such as wood, plastic, and non-ferrous metals. They are less abrasive than steel wire brushes and are less likely to scratch or damage delicate surfaces. Brass wire brushes are commonly used for cleaning and polishing brass, copper, and other non-ferrous metals, as well as for cleaning woodwork and other delicate surfaces. They are also often used for cleaning electrical contacts and components, as brass is non-sparking and non-magnetic, and therefore less likely to cause damage or interfere with electronic equipment.


It's important to note that brass wire brushes are not suitable for use on ferrous metals or on surfaces that are coated with rust or other hard coatings, as the brass bristles are not strong enough to remove these materials effectively.
