tesa 60212 Medium/Hard Grade PVC Closed Cell Single Sided Foam Tape

tesa 60212 is a PVC foam tape with an acrylic adhesive, ideal for use in glazing and various sealing applications. Due to its high density, the closed cell foam acts as a waterproof barrier when it is compressed. Its flexible structure allows for a good hold on rough surfaces. The tape has a long dwell time so it can be repositioned for approximately 30 minutes. It will reach its full adhesive strength after about 48 hours. Once fastened, tesa 60212 foam tape enables a permanent strong hold to its subsurface, making it suitable for holding heavy weight. The tape is ideal for outdoor use due to its resistance against UV, fungi and weathering. The tape is also available in the following thicknesses: 1.6mm (tesa 60202), 3.2mm (tesa 60203), 4mm (tesa 60204), 6.4mm (tesa 60206) and 9.5mm (tesa 60209).
